Our Co-Ops participate in projects that directly contribute to the success of Qualitrol. Depending on your interest, you may work on engineering projects in R&D, Manufacturing, Product Management, Customer Applications, or Supply Chain.
One thing I love about Qualitrol is the welcoming atmosphere and the responsiveness of coworkers in answering questions and lending a hand when needed. Since working in R&D, it has been extremely rewarding developing/validating modern solutions that will help solve some of our customers’ biggest problems now and in the future. I also appreciate that Qualitrol allows me to complete tasks in many disciplines to expand upon my knowledgebase and learn more about all aspects of the company.

Engineering Co-Op
Qualitrol presents a unique opportunity for our Co-Ops who demonstrate strong leadership abilities to work with us full-time after they graduate. Our Early Career Leadership Program (ECLP) allows recent grads an opportunity to work within various areas of Qualitrol.
It is a 3-year program consisting of three, 1-year rotations in different functions, which gives you a holistic view of what our organization can offer. You will then be empowered to guide your own career path at Qualitrol, in whichever direction you choose.
I enjoy being a Co-Op at Qualitrol because I feel like my work is valued. From sitting in on planning
meetings to running tests on my own I can see the impact I have made. I get to work side by side with

Engineering Co-Op
At Qualitrol, you will have the opportunity to work and learn alongside other passionate students. We typically have 6-10 Co-Ops working onsite in our Fairport facility at any given time.
Qualitrol genuinely values your new and unique perspective that our more senior associates and engineers may not have. You will be working on projects that have a major impact to our products and customers.
We work together and play together. Qualitrol provides a variety of engaging activities for our associates to participate in. They enjoy taking part in community service efforts, team building activities, local sports games, BINGO and more!!
